International care

Plan care around your travel

Tell us where you live, where you plan to receive care and the dates you have in mind. International Concierge helps you understand what can be prepared before travel and which appointments need to take place in person.

What can start before a visit

Tell Concierge your broad goals, travel dates and whether you have existing results available. You can discuss preparation before your visit. This is a practical conversation; you do not need to send medical records with the first request. If they are needed, we explain how to share them securely later.

Arrange care where you will be

Before a physician consultation, we confirm an appropriate clinician for the place where you will be physically located, including for remote appointments. If your location or travel plans change, tell the team before the appointment. Before leaving, agree how any follow-up can take place where you will be. If HLC cannot provide care there, the team explains the available alternatives, if any.

An honest route forward

The review may lead to Miami, Prague, a locally approved partner, a preparation path, a waitlist, or confirmation that no HLC path is currently available. Your HLC contact stays with you through coordination. A separate non-medical service such as HL.club is considered only if you knowingly choose that option.

Share travel details, not medical details

The first form asks for current location, intended destination, travel timing, broad objective, record availability and preferred contact language. It does not assess urgency or treatment suitability. For urgent health concerns, use local urgent or emergency care.

Decide your next step with a physician

Begin with the Healthy Longevity Plan, or arrange a private conversation about broader assessment and ongoing care.
