Begin with your priorities
You can discuss Signature directly. The first conversation clarifies what you want from the relationship and which clinical information is needed. Before care begins, you agree the scope, fees, scheduling and response expectations.
Care that fits your life
Your coordinator can help arrange care across specialists, locations and travel commitments. With your permission, an assistant, family office or referring physician can help arrange appointments. Couples and families can coordinate visits while each person keeps their own care plan, records and consent. Permission to organise appointments does not give access to medical records or clinical discussions.
