Service scope and commercial terms

Understand the service, clinical responsibility and total charge before you commit.

What the service includes

HLP includes targeted blood tests, a secure questionnaire, a physical examination and a one-hour visit with a longevity physician consultation and a personalised written 90-day plan. The examination covers body composition, cardiovascular assessment, grip strength and body metrics. Further diagnostics, procedures, medication, supplements, repeat tests and ongoing care are separate. Measurements support medical interpretation; they do not establish a diagnosis or guarantee an outcome on their own.

Before payment

The service provider, consultation location, responsible clinical pathway, scope, exclusions, timing, total price and cancellation terms must be clear before payment. A partner invitation changes only the validated commercial terms, not clinical eligibility.

Proposed payment arrangement

Proposal for review: payment follows confirmation that the agreed service can be delivered. HLP is a single service without automatic renewal. Where additional services are recommended, a separate scope and price are agreed before they begin.

Proposed cancellation and refunds

Proposal for review: cancellation before work begins receives a full refund. Once work has begun, refund the unperformed part using the service-stage values disclosed and accepted in advance. Rescheduling should be coordinated with the team. No no-show charge or nonrefundable fee is adopted by this draft.

Clinical decisions and consent

A request for contact does not establish a physician–patient relationship. The included HLP consultation is clinical care once appropriately arranged. Consent, clinical suitability and the terms applicable to your jurisdiction are addressed through that pathway. The website does not replace urgent care.
