Your assessment may include blood tests, body composition and physical function, cardiovascular and metabolic assessment, and cognitive or other testing where useful. Before booking, the team explains which assessments are included, which may be recommended later and which would be arranged and priced separately. The selection depends on your needs and the services that can be provided through your clinic.
One medical interpretation
We review the results you already have and agree which further assessments could answer your questions. A physician brings the findings into a written medical summary and explains the options. Baseline offers a broader evaluation than HLP; you can begin here directly and do not have to continue into ongoing care.
Know the scope before you commit
You receive the agreed assessment list, expected time at the clinic, price and any separate costs before booking. You can begin directly with Baseline; a prior Healthy Longevity Plan is not required. International clients can discuss a coordinated multi-day Prague format with Concierge.
Before you choose
Do I select tests myself? No; the clinician configures the assessment around the question and context. Does Baseline require a care program afterward? No. Can I start in Boca? Concierge confirms what can be provided there and which parts need another location.
