After this conversation, we begin the baseline testing phase which includes the components listed below. After this Information is gathered, we will have the tools to design your Executive Health Summary & custom Longevity Roadmap.
The Executive Summary includes priority items and next steps to improve your health and longevity.
The Longevity Roadmap includes a high-level summary of what to expect during your membership period. This includes repeat visits, testing, prescriptive clinical goals, education, advanced therapies, & services.
*Cost = $10,000. This cost goes to the membership cost. Discounts are higher based on the type of membership chosen.
